TURNOVER. The National Irrigation Administration-Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office turned over irrigation facilities to the Barangay Lopez Jaena, Murcia Farmers-Irrigators Association, headed by president Danilo Morales and vice-president Marlon Cosadio, and the signing of documents recently was led by Rep. Alfredo Benitez, Negros Occ. Vice-Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson, Vice Mayor Gerry Rojas, and Barangay Captain Hernan Alintana, with NIA acting division manager Isaias Melendez, and Dr. Francisco Benitez*
